If you meet our qualifications, then you will go through a screening process.
Then your resume will be presented to a client who may conduct an interview by phone, video or in person.
Alpha conducts reference checks with previous employers and other references you provide.
Once reference checks are complete, we will offer jobs based on your qualifications and employer requirements.
We will provide you with everything you need for each interview and can conduct a practice interview if you like.
You approve the rate and specifics of the chosen position.
We submit your resume ONLY after receiving your permission.
