Diversity Culture

Diversity is built into how we approach our relationships and interactions. We have learned over the years that an inclusive staff adds strength and innovation to our organization. DE&I brings real value to our employer partners and our firm, increasing profitability and offering innovative approaches, ideas and viewpoints. Companies get more impact from their diversity and inclusion initiatives when they become an integral part of their daily practices and company objectives.

Building A Diverse Workforce

Our recruiters make every effort to attract, place and retain skilled individuals that match our clients’ needs and commit to hiring a diverse and inclusive workforce. As a part of our regular operations, all Alpha employees voluntarily complete a self-ID form as part of our onboarding process. We compile this data quarterly to review our metrics and continually look for improvement. We can make reports available to clients upon request.

We actively participate with our clients concerning ensuring a diverse workforce by tracking EEOC status inside our client’s portal upon their request when submitting candidates to new requisitions. We have participated in client diversity initiatives; for example, the OneTen organization. This new initiative aims to close the opportunity gap for Black Americans. Comprised of a coalition of leading CEOs and organizations, OneTen will combine the power of American companies to upskill, hire and promote 1 million Black Americans over the next ten years into family-sustaining jobs with opportunities for advancement.

At Alpha, we are open to working in partnership with our clients’ initiatives and goals to promote DEI as it benefits all parties involved.
