Illegal Questions During an Interview

Discrimination on the basis of race, age, color, sex, religion, national origin or disability is illegal.

The best way to avoid intentional discrimination is to answer the question behind each discriminatory question. If you recognize the illegal question, usually you can address the bias behind it without confronting the interviewer. Here are some examples:
