Most Consultants will have the option of compensation packages structured in one of the following ways:

	Annual Salary plus benefits
	Hourly Rate
	Sub-Contracting to qualified corporations (available on many assignments)

The 401k plan is available to all our employees. Hourly employees can purchase Health Insurance at our cost.
